Talking with small businesses yesterday was informative, we also already got our first individual Loyalty Program set... drum roll... Guzo Cafe! It is always interesting being able to talk to people about what you built in the wild. I'm not sure what the implication of all this is but I think it is a sign of good but slow things to come. This will be a marathon, which is nice I guess but it will take time for us to see the world change, figure out how to talk about it, and get the software in a good enough place to have grow independently and automatically. To be honest this phase is a lot of drudgery which is fine especially given it's what needs to be done and what I need to learn in order to succeed in any venture. In due time I suppose.
