It was cool to see Community Loyalty in action yesterday. A few hiccups to be expected, a few that weren't but otherwise I think it went well. Creating software is always a challenge, but seeing a community use it in real time is always valuable. I'm not sure what today will bring, I suppose we'll wait and see.
