seems like we're moving into a new phase of building (building another PoC and building relationships). honestly, i'd like to also have some time for building tech competencies; in terms of building another PoC, I feel like there's a great opportunity there to do some learning while building. in terms of organization as well, i feel a bit confused and disjointed about how we're tackling some of this work. we're moving towards some goals but the goals themselves lack grounding i think. hoping to clear the water on friday.
